How much does Kokipay EFTPOS cost?

Kokipay Super Saver EFTPOS is a flat 0.92% (ex GST) on all Visa, Mastercard and eftpos transactions, with a $28 per month terminal rental and no lock-in contract. See Super Saver EFTPOS or ask us for a quote for your business.

Is the Kokipay POS software really free?

Yes. Advanced Smart POS is $0, forever, and includes every advanced feature: dine-in, takeaway and delivery, built-in QR code and online ordering, kitchen printing, combos and set menus, split payments, promotions, cloud reports, support and lifetime free updates. See what is included.

Can Australian businesses still surcharge card payments?

From 1 October 2026, eftpos, Visa and Mastercard are introducing no-surcharge rules in Australia following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s review of retail payments, and American Express, UnionPay and PayPal have said they will do the same. That means businesses can no longer add a fee because a customer pays by card, so a low flat rate such as Kokipay Super Saver EFTPOS at 0.92% (ex GST) matters more than ever. Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Kokipay EFTPOS plans are free from binding lock-in contracts, so you can change as your business changes.

Does Kokipay EFTPOS work with my existing POS?

Kokipay EFTPOS integrates directly with Kokipay Smart POS and online ordering, so the amount is sent to the terminal for you. It can also be used as a standalone terminal alongside the POS you already have.
