What does EFTPOS cost with Kokipay?

POS software and card processing are priced separately. Kokipay Super Saver EFTPOS is a flat 0.92% (ex GST) across Visa, Mastercard and eftpos, with a $28 per month terminal rental and no lock-in contract.

How much does Kokipay POS cost per month?

Nothing. Advanced Smart POS is $0, forever, and includes every advanced feature along with lifetime free updates.

Are there transaction fees on online orders?

Yes. The default online order processing fee is 2%, which includes email and SMS notices and remote acceptance. Online card payments are charged at the Stripe standard rate with Radar and 3DS security.

Do I need to buy Kokipay hardware?

No. You can download the app on your own iPad, iPhone or Android device, or choose a Kokipay Smart POS terminal with integrated EFTPOS from the Kokipay Shop.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. There are no lock-in contracts on Kokipay plans.
