How much does Kokipay QR ordering cost?

It is free to build QR ordering with Smart POS and there are no setup fees. Orders carry a default 2% order processing fee (including email, SMS notice and remote acceptance), plus an online merchant transaction fee of 1.7% + $0.40 with Radar and 3DS security when customers pay online.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. Customers scan the QR code with their phone camera and order in their browser.

Do I need extra hardware?

No. The system is hardware-free. Orders appear on your Kokipay POS and can print directly to your kitchen printer.

Can it be used outside restaurants?

Yes. The same ordering works at the counter, at the table, for room service and for pre-ordering at home.

Will QR ordering reduce staff workload?
